Toilet Training

Always have Newspaper available, as soon as the puppy has been fed or just woken up, place on the paper, and say (Be Quick) in a high pitch tone When the puppy is paper trained, Apply this method outside, NEVER let the puppy eat bones or wood as they can become lodged inside of them,

Please Try to train your puppy to be obedient then they will always bring you pleasure,

We strongly Recommend you take your puppy to puppy obedience classes as soon as possible after there second vaccinations, otherwise you will end up with a very unruly disobedient hard to handle dog, Always be firm but kind, never play to rough as the dog will always play rougher than you,

EXERCISE GUIDELINES

We have done our very best to breed from sound stock, most of our dogs have been hip scored, we have informed you of the parents hip scores,

To help to ensure your puppy has good hips like the parents,

1)     Limit Exercise, eg only walking on a lead, do not allow the dog up and down stairs, or jumping for balls or objects, or running after other dogs this will avoid any damage on there hips,

2)     Also keep on a good food, we recommend the pedigree eukanuba we have used this food for many years without problems.

3)     Do not allow the puppy to get over weight or lie in damp conditions,

4)     Please respect these guidelines as it is for your puppies benefit, most of the damage is done before the puppy is 1 year old, After a year you can let the puppy run around freely,

5)     We accept no responsibility for any hip problems in later life.

We hope that you and your new puppy will have many happy years together! IF FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES YOUR DOG NEEDS REHOMING PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP. CONTACT Rachael, Rhemacourts Labradors and German shepherds
